‘No Outsiders Everyone’s Welcome’ at Thythorn Field Primary School 

We are proud to be an ‘Everyone’s Welcome’ school. Our children celebrate differences and diversity and learn about the Equalities Act 2010 and the nine protected characteristics. 

Each week we have an assembly looking at different protected characteristics and talk about how we treat each other in our school. 

Each half term, the classes look at an age-appropriate book based on a protected characteristic. Books are available to see at school during the summer parents’ evening. We also share resources with our new parents who start in EYFS.
